In Loving Memory
June 3, 1955 – August 29, 2026
George Butler, 71, of Brooklyn passed away on August 29, 2026. A high-school principal for twenty-eight years, George believed every child deserved one adult who refused to give up on them — and he was that adult for thousands.
He is survived by his wife, Denise; his daughters, Angela and Michelle; and three grandsons. A scholarship in his name will support first-generation college students from his school district.
