Harry Young, 85, of Brooklyn passed away peacefully on September 8, 2026, surrounded by his family. A retired harbor pilot, Harry spent forty years guiding ships through New York waters and weekends guiding his grandchildren through every museum in the city.
He is survived by his wife of sixty-one years, Eleanor; his children, Robert and Susan; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas.

Funeral Service: Saturday, 11:00 AM, Willowmere Chapel
Burial: Willowmere Garden Lawns, following the service
